1. Overview
At LHANEL FIT, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to and accept our Return and Refund Policy, as well as all applicable Terms of Service and Canadian consumer protection laws.
2. Return Window
Our return window is 30 working days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item must include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or incomplete products unless the issue occurred during transit.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with the following evidence:
- Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging
- Your Order ID and purchase details
Once verified, we will provide one of the following options at no additional cost to you:
- A replacement product, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
In such cases, return shipping is free.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
- For all other return cases (e.g., change of mind, wrong size, unwanted item), return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product to avoid damage in transit.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns except for those caused by shipping damage or incorrect delivery.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Include the following details in your request:
- Your Order ID
- The product name
- A brief reason for return (with photos or videos if applicable)
Once your request is approved:
- We will send you a prepaid return shipping label or provide the warehouse return address.
- You must ship the item back within the instructed timeframe.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Refunds for purchases made through Affirm (Buy Now, Pay Later) will be processed to your Affirm account per Affirm’s refund policy.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital products (if applicable)
- Hygiene-related products once opened (e.g., yoga mats, fitness wear, etc.)

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Canadian Consumer Protection Law and Ontario business regulations. We reserve the right to modify this policy to remain compliant with changing legal or operational requirements.
