We currently ship to the Canada.


2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). After processing, shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


3. What are your shipping charges?

  • Free shipping on orders over $50

  • A flat rate of $10 is charged for orders under $50


4. When is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same business day. Orders after that will be processed on the next business day.


5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.


6. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.


7. Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, a 10% restocking fee is applied to all returned items unless the product is defective.


8. Who pays for the return shipping?
We provide a prepaid return label with your order. Return shipping is free.


9. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
